My name is Tiffany. Just an average university student too bored of life and since I spend most of my time online, I decided to start a blog. I'm not sure how this will turn out to be… what I will be posting or even if I will keep posting. However, I anticipate there will be a lot of stories and rants about my personal life. I got my inspiration to start a blog from the enormous amount of people on YouTube who do. Although I am usually on YouTube as opposed to Blogger… Blogspot? I think this will be interesting. I don't really know how this will turn out, but I hope that someday in the future, I will be able to interact with lots of people!
Here's a little of my YouTube experience. Back in 2007 when 'Maplestory' was all I could ever talk about, my friend inspired me to make "maple music videos." [Fun fact, this was what made me realize I wanted to get into animation/design, etc. Although I didn't actually pursue animation in college, my program has a lot to do with photoshop, website design and whatnot, I'm glad I made videos :)] We eventually put them up on this site called YouTube, back then it was fairly new. I opened the account and we shared it. Since then, we've both been making and posting videos and it became a really great hobby especially when we received so much support from the new growing, generous Youtube community. I was actually surprised at how many views, comments, subscribers and just the overwhelming interaction I got with people from the web! Sadly, about a year or two later, we both stopped playing, like everyone stopped playing when we got into high school. I still had the YouTube account. Next, with another friend of mine, we started this hobby called "C-Walk." haha yea it's pretty old now, but back then we really enjoyed it. It seemed really big in Toronto too. I met so many people through this hobby. We again made videos and posted them on my YouTube channel. These videos were more effortless to make though. We C-Walked for about a year, then something happened between us and we stopped. I can't say I miss C-Walking now but I do miss my friend dearly…. Until today, I haven't posted anything on my YouTube channel, I believe I still have around 900 subscribers, that I am VERY thankful of. I wish to someday start making videos again. I guess I'm more comfortable making videos with others than just by myself. haha but if for whatever reason you're reading this and want to check it out, my channel is SN00PiEx3, don't laugh! I made this back in grade 7.
By the way, I wanted to share why I chose this URL for my blog. I have THE most difficult time when it comes to choosing display names. I always take literally forever to think of one and usually, all of the ones I want are taken. This one happened to be a mix of my name Tiffany and one of my favourite colours, the tiffany blue and since 'tiffanyblue' was taken, I looked around and saw a Too Faced bronzer on my desk. Voila 'tootiffanyblue.'
Whoah this post is becoming way too long. I really have to get back to reading, but it was kinda nice taking this short trip down memory lane. I guess whenever I'm bored, I'll post my thoughts and feelings here, maybe with some hauls or tutorials someday. Back to reading
